Sending:
O2 Health will send your package as soon as possible after receiving your payment. To ensure that your package arrives safely, we will send it with your signature for reception. You can closely track the shipment using the track & trace information we pass on to you. You will receive the package within one to five working days.

Returner:
When purchasing products in our webshop you have the possibility to terminate the agreement without giving reasons for it for 14 days. This period of reflection shall begin on the day following receipt of the product. Report your request to return with your order number within fourteen days via ourContactor by email toinfo@o2health.nlAnd we'll send you the instructions and return the form.
 
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we would like to ask you to report it to us within seven days of receipt, so that we can solve this for you. Send an email toinfo@o2health.nlwith the order number, a description of the defect and, where relevant, a photograph. We will keep you informed of any further steps.
